Look, if you could get your phone to listen to you (passively, while not in an app), don’t you think you would be able to open Instgram or Facebook just by saying the app names? Don’t you think you could use Alexa on non-Amazon devices? But you can’t. Apple and Android devices reserve that ability just for their own Siri and OK Google wake up words.
